Our company is currently looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Workplace: Plant office (Garadagh district, Umid settlement, Salyan highway, Sangargaya – 1 road, 7th km 1) and city office (Baku Bay Tower 113, 8th November Ave)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment

  • Excellent command of English

  • Russian is preffered

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Experience with SAP is an advantage

  • Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs

  • Competency-based interview techniques

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Support full-cycle hiring activities for various positions across the company and its subsidiaries.

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.

  • Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews.

  • Coordinate interviews and assessments with relevant stakeholders.

  • Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Support job postings and keep vacancy information up to date.

  • Prepare shortlists, interview schedules, and hiring status reports.

  • Maintain accurate candidate data, records, and trackers.

  • Support documentation and onboarding coordination.

  • Work closely with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines.

  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

  • Ensure hiring activities are conducted in line with internal policies and local labor legislation.

  • Ensure documentation compliance with API Spec Q1, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards and prepare for annual audits.

  • Act in accordance with the evacuation plan in case of emergency (fire, earthquake, flood, strong wind, etc.).

Workplace: Garadagh district, Umid settlement, Salyan highway, Sangargaya – 1 road, 7th km 1 Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3 years of experience in capital projects, engineering, construction, or industrial investments Excellent command of English Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience in industrial plants, manufacturing, cement, energy, or large-scale construction projects is an advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams Key competencies: Customer Orientation Awareness of Occupational Health and Safety Regulations Integrity Innovation Main duties and responsibilities: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of CAPEX projects from engineering phase through site implementation. Contribute to the preparation and review of project budgets, cost estimates, schedules, and forecasts. Participate in the technical and commercial evaluation of contractor proposals and quotations. Act as a technical interface between internal departments, contractors, consultants, and suppliers. Support site execution activities to ensure compliance with technical requirements, safety rules, quality standards, and project timelines. Assist in monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and supporting mitigation actions. Support CAPEX cost tracking, reporting, and variance analysis in coordination with finance and accounting teams. Contribute to the improvement of CAPEX management processes, procedures, and internal controls. Prepare supporting documentation, reports, and meeting records (MOMs) for CAPEX-related reviews and meetings. Ensure documentation compliance with API Spec Q1, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards and prepare for annual audits.
