General Manager Sales (GM)

Role Summary

• Prolink Caspian is seeking an experienced General Manager Sales (GM) to lead the sales operation for heavy and professional machinery. The role involves strategic planning, business development, team leadership, and ensuring operational and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, set targets, and identify market opportunities to expand market share.

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, manage, and motivate a sales team (including technicians), overseeing their performance and ensuring high productivity.

• Customer & Market Focus: Build strong customer loyalty, understand client needs, and monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements.

• Financial & Operational Management: Manage sales budgets, review financial reports, control inventory, and work with operations/marketing to ensure smooth processes.

• Reporting & Compliance: Present sales forecasts and performance data to senior management and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

• Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of equipment, services, and technical aspects to guide sales and support teams.

Work Conditions
