Experienced Legal Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Associate to join our Legal and Advisory team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in corporate law and labor law. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to handle complex legal issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on corporate law matters, including corporate governance and compliance.

• Advise clients on labor law issues, including employment contracts, workplace disputes, and regulatory compliance.

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.

• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.

• Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations.

• Collaborate with other team members to develop legal strategies and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate law and labor law.

• Strong knowledge of corporate and labor law principles and practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High level of professionalism and integrity.
