The Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Director in managing daily operations and driving strategic priorities.

This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently handle multiple responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level strategic and administrative support to the Director

  • Manage professional correspondence and business communication (internal & international)

  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and executive briefings

  • Maintain and organize documents, reports, and records

  • Oversee the Director’s calendar, scheduling, and task prioritization

  • Arrange business travel, itineraries

  • Manage emails and daily operational workflow

  • Support ad hoc tasks and projects as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, good command of English and Russian

  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • High level of attention to detail and logical thinking

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Self-motivated, flexible, and reliable

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Specialist to join our finance team. The successful candidate will support financial reporting, ensure compliance with IFRS standards, and assist in the daily accounting operations of the company and its subsidiary entities. Director Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Director Assistant to provide high-level support to the Director in managing daily operations and achieving strategic goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, multitasking capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Main Duties: Strategic Support: Assist the Director in achieving overall strategic objectives by providing operational and administrative support. Correspondence and Communication: Handle business correspondence and negotiations, ensuring timely and professional communication. Conduct intra-company, domestic, and international correspondence in alignment with corporate standards and ethics. Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing materials, setting agendas, and notifying participants of meeting details (date, location, and agenda). Ensure the Director is fully prepared for all meetings and negotiations. Document Management: Collect, organize, and maintain relevant documents and files in an efficient and accessible manner. Prepare and present reports as required by the Director. Scheduling and Diary Management: Maintain and monitor the Director’s calendar, scheduling appointments and prioritizing tasks. Ensure the Director’s daily work plan is well-structured and executed. Travel: Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transportation, accommodations, and preparing detailed itineraries. Organize meetings and technical requirements related to the Director’s travel plans. Administrative Support: Prioritize and manage emails, correspondence, and other communications for the Director. Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as directed. General Duties: Perform any other duties that align with the responsibilities of the role. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Business Management. Fluency in Azerbaijan, proficiency in English and Russian, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Exceptional communication skills (verbal, listening, and writing). Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. High mathematical knowledge and logical thinking. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proven track record of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Flexible, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
