Equipment Rentals General Manager

Role summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Equipment Rentals General Manager to oversee daily branch operations, drive profitability, and ensure outstanding customer service. The role involves managing staff, optimizing equipment utilization, handling financials, implementing strategic growth initiatives, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management: Hire, train, motivate, and evaluate staff including dispatchers, technicians, sales, and administrative personnel. Foster a safe, positive work environment and set clear performance goals.

• Operations Oversight: Manage the full rental lifecycle—from customer consultation to equipment return—ensuring readiness, efficient scheduling, and logistics (delivery and pickup).

• Financial Management: Monitor P&L, manage budgets, track key metrics such as utilization and receivables, set pricing, and identify revenue growth opportunities.

• Customer & Sales Focus: Build and maintain client relationships, resolve issues, support sales and marketing initiatives, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Asset Management: Oversee inventory, maintenance schedules, asset preparation, and inspections to maximize equipment lifespan and availability.

• Strategy & Reporting: Analyze market trends, develop and implement strategic plans, and report performance and initiatives to senior management.

Work Conditions

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00

• Shuttle bus provided

• Location: Salyan Highway, AZ1063, Baku, Azerbaijan
