Deputy Security Officer (Deputy CSO)

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Deputy Security Officer to join our team. The role involves supporting ongoing security operations, implementing procedures, and working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and enforcement of security procedures and protocols

• Assist in managing day-to-day security operations and reports

• Monitor and respond to security-related incidents

• Identify risks and provide practical security solutions

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Fluency in English, Russian, and Azerbaijani

• Security-oriented mindset (prior experience is an advantage, but not mandatory)

• High motivation and willingness to learn and develop

• Self-driven with the ability to work independently

• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• High level of integrity and discretion

• Good health condition and physical fitness required for the role

Advantages:

• Previous experience in security / safety roles or Military background

• Experience in training or instruction

• Experience in writing security procedures and SOPs

• Experience with security systems (CCTV, access control, etc.)

• Familiarity with emergency procedures and incident management

• Experience working in an international environment

• Experience in team leadership or supervision
