Deputy Director

Key requirements:

• University degree or equivalent

• Minimum upper-intermediate level of English (fluency preferred)

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or coordination role in education

• Strong understanding of the International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes is an advantage

• Proven organisational and project management skills, particularly in school operations and events, are an advantage

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities

• Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative school environment

• High level of responsibility, initiative, and problem-solving mindset

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee organisational processes within the IB School

• Support the Director in the implementation of operational plans

• Lead the planning and execution of school events, academic activities, and institutional projects

• Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments

• Represent the school in meetings and events when required

• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and organisational records
