Requirements and qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in law, Master degree is asset.

  • 3-5 years of experience in as corporate lawyer

  • Fluent spoken and written (Azerbaijani, English, Russian is asset).

  • Confident PC user with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, 1C

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

Quality Control İnspector

Responsibilities: Perform site quality inspections for materials, installation, testing, and workmanship in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, procedures, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). Verify compliance of construction, operational, and inspection activities with project requirements and applicable standards. Conduct incoming material inspections and verify certificates, markings, quantities, and physical condition of delivered materials. Witness and record inspections, tests, measurements, and functional checks as required by quality procedures. Identify, report, and document nonconformities (NCRs), defects, punch items, or deviations observed during inspections. Monitor and verify the completion of corrective actions, rework, and rectification activities at the site level. Prepare and submit inspection reports, checklists, and daily quality records to the QA/QC Leading Specialist in a timely manner. Ensure only the latest approved drawings, procedures, and specifications are used at work locations. Check the calibration status and serviceability of measuring, testing, and inspection equipment before use. Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors regarding inspection scheduling and quality issues. Support internal, client, third-party, and regulatory inspections by providing site evidence and records. Promote quality awareness, safe work practices, and a compliance culture during field activities. Requirements and qualifications: Diploma, Technical Certificate, or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related technical field. 2–4 years of experience in Quality Control, inspection, or a related technical field. Experience in site inspection, installation works, testing, or material control. Good communication skills in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage). Experience in an ISO 9001 Quality Management System environment is an advantage. Good understanding of inspection processes, quality control procedures, and field documentation. Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, checklists, and method statements. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects or nonconformities. Effective communication and coordination skills with site teams and engineers. Ability to work under site conditions while maintaining safety and quality standards. QA/QC Leading Specialist

Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17020, and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements. Ensure compliance of construction, inspection, and laboratory activities with applicable ISO standards, project specifications, and accreditation requirements. Develop and control quality documents, including procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and method statements. Monitor site quality activities, including material inspection, installation, and testing. Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits and support external/third-party audits. Manage nonconformities (NCRs) and ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Ensure the validity, traceability, and integrity of laboratory test results and calibration of measuring/testing equipment. Manage and resolve customer complaints while ensuring an effective feedback handling system. Promote quality awareness, risk-based thinking, and a compliance culture across all departments and site activities. Coordinate with project teams, clients, laboratories, and subcontractors on all quality-related matters. Implement and maintain the document control system, ensuring proper identification, revision control, and secure storage of quality records. Requirements and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control or a related field. Good communication skills in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage). Proven experience in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. Experience in ISO/IEC 17020 and/or ISO/IEC 17025 environments is considered an advantage. Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 preferred). Strong understanding of QMS processes, audit procedures, and risk-based thinking. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Effective communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under compliance and operational pressure without compromising quality decisions. Additional information: Transport provided by the company.
