Role Overview:

• At bloom.ai, we don't just follow trends - we define them. We are looking for a visionary creator who views Artificial Intelligence not as a shortcut, but as a sophisticated instrument for high-end production. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between bold creative concepts and cutting-edge execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• High-End Generation: Produce world-class visual content (images, video, and animation) using tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Luma, Kling, and others.

• Creative Strategy: Utilize LLMs to draft scripts, slogans, and high-impact "hooks" for digital content.

• Character & Brand Consistency: Develop and maintain consistent characters and brand attributes across multiple frames and scenes.

• Audio & Multimedia Exploration: Experiment with AI music generation (Suno/Udio) and emerging tech like deepfakes or 3D modeling to stay ahead of the curve.

• Master Prompting: Build and refine complex "master prompts" and storyboards for major client campaigns.

Requirements:

• AI-Native Expertise: Deep understanding of parameters (e.g., seeds, stylize, aspect ratios) and the ability to iterate until a result is perfect.

• Exceptional Visual Taste: A strong eye for composition, lighting, and color theory. Your output should look like cinematic photography, not "standard AI art."

• Advanced Prompt Engineering: Proven ability to use Negative Prompts, ControlNet, IP-Adapter, and Inpainting to maintain total control over the output.

• Post-Production Skills: Proficiency in Photoshop or After Effects to retouch and polish AI-generated assets.

• "Think Big" Mindset: A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to pitch bold, "Super Bowl-worthy" ideas.

Qualifications:

• Experience in advertising agencies or high-end production studios.

• A portfolio showcasing diverse projects (professional or personal) driven by Generative AI.

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in AI tools and generative platforms

• Excellent eye for detail, composition, and aesthetics

• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English, or English and Russian
