Agent (Concierge)

We are looking for a qualified agent with experience in logistics, and concierge services.

This role requires a high level of organization, efficiency, and the ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange and coordinate purchasing of goods and services based on VIP client requests

• Source products locally and internationally, ensuring quality, availability, and timely delivery

• Communicate clearly with internal teams and suppliers regarding order details, specifications, and deadlines

• Provide multiple suitable options (when required), including photos, prices, and specifications, in line with instructions

• Follow established processes for approvals, reporting, and documentation

• Ensure accurate and timely information flow regarding order status, delivery progress, and any changes

• Handle last-minute and urgent requests with high attention to detail

• Escalate issues, delays, or uncertainties immediately to avoid service disruption

• Ensure all actions align with the company’s service quality and VIP expectations

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to make quick decisions and work in a dynamic environment

• Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility

Salary: 1,300– 1,800 AZN (net)
