Experience Required: Minimum 4–5 years (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all activities of the Technical Office for construction projects
Prepare project cost estimates and BOQs, ensuring full alignment with actual site conditions
Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and budgets
Maintain continuous coordination between site teams and the technical office
Control and verify quantities executed on site versus approved BOQs
Identify, prepare, and technically justify variations / change orders (VO)
Provide technical support during tendering and pre-contract stages
Coordinate technical communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Ensure proper documentation control, archiving, and reporting
Support QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Proactively identify technical risks and propose effective solutions
Prepare, review, and manage technical documentation including:
MAR – Material Approval Requests
MOS – Method Statements
Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings, ITP, WIR, IR, NCR, etc.
Candidate Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) in:
Civil Engineering
Construction Engineering
Architecture
or a related technical discipline
Professional Experience:
Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in construction projects
Previous experience in a Technical Office, Project Engineering, or Site Engineering role is required
Technical Skills:
Excellent practical experience with MAR, MOS, and construction documentation systems
Strong experience in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and quantity take-offs
Ability to align technical documentation with real site execution
Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
Capability to assess technical and financial impact of design changes
Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
Language Skills:
English – Good level (mandatory) for technical documentation and correspondence
Russian language – an advantage
Software Skills:
AutoCAD – good command
MS Excel – advanced level
MS Word, Outlook
Knowledge of Revit / Primavera – an advantage
