Job Description:
Ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of the company’s IT infrastructure (computers, servers, printers, network equipment)
Receive, analyze, and promptly resolve IT-related requests from users
Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues
Monitor daily performance of network, internet, and internal systems
Set up computers, email accounts, and system access for new employees
Ensure compliance with information security policies and procedures
Maintain and update IT asset inventory
Coordinate with external IT service providers when required
