We are looking for an experienced Reception clerk to join our team as soon as possible. Provide personalized, courteous service and information to guests Maximize customer satisfaction and utilization of hotel facilities by promoting hotel outlets and other facilities to guests Adhere to Hotel and corporate guidelines Maintain confidentiality with all guest information Maintain up to date knowledge on events and activities in the city Assists guests from arrival to departure Personal Requirements: Strong focus on business and sales Natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service Previous experience in a hospitality industry preferred Excellent time management and organizational skills Results focused High level of motivation and enthusiasm is required as well as capacity to learn rapidly Good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, Russian both written and oral. Another languages are a plus. Computer knowledge required. Experience with Fidelio/Opera is an advantage Strong interpersonal skills Working hours & days – flexible shift, 5 days in a week. We are looking for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager Corporate to join our team as soon as possible. Main responsibilities: Assists in the smooth running of the Sales department, where all aspects of the client and guest experience are delivered to the highest levels, ensuring both property and company standards are attained and adhered to. Lead and collaborate with the team to maximize client and guest satisfaction, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution. Support and deliver on the business strategies taking ownership for assigned areas of responsibility and deputizing for the Head of Department in their absence. With the Head of Department take a leadership role in fostering a culture of growth, development and performance whilst promoting the company culture and values. Collaborates with the Head of Department to prepare the departmental budget, ensuring that sales targets are realized, that costs and departmental inventory is controlled, that target productivity and performance levels are attained. Build and maintain effective working relationship with all key stakeholders and partners both internal and external ensuring all communications and activities are controlled and undertaken in a timely manner. Ensures adherence to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.
