Our Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a lead, senior, or managerial sales role;
Fluent in Azerbaijani and English is a plus;
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills;
Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvements;
Understanding of programming technologies is an advantage.

Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing enrollments;
