We are an engineering, procurement and construction contractor providing our products and services since 2005. Currently looking for an enthusiastic, active, and driven young candidate for our team. Workplace is Baku, Caspian Plaza 3**.** Requirements Proven work experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability Excellent written and verbal communication skills Integrity and professionalism Proficiency in MS Office High school diploma Fluent in Azeri, intermediate level of Russian and English languages is preferable Female candidates Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests positively as soon as they arrive at the office Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office To serve tea, coffee to director and guests Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/documents/deliveries Hand over the relevant documents to the appropriate organizations, companies Update calendars and schedule meetings Execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, transcribing, and faxing Manage the day-to-day operations of the office To order all necessary stationery/ material and distribute to needed departments Any other duties which may be reasonably required by the Management Working hours- 5 days in week, from 09:00 am till 18:00 pm Salary: 600 azn net Note.
