Job Type: Remote About Keepface: Keepface is an Influencer Marketing Platform founded in 2016 by Azerbaijani entrepreneurs as a tech startup. Today, we operate in 45 countries and have a growing community of over 30,000 influencers. We simplify influencer marketing by creating a trusted space where creators earn fairly and brands collaborate efficiently. Now, we’re looking for a next-generation Digitalist — someone who doesn’t just run campaigns, but builds AI-powered growth systems. Role Overview: This is not a traditional digital marketing role. We are looking for someone who: Thinks AI-first, not tool-first Builds scalable growth systems, not just campaigns Uses automation, data, and AI agents to drive performance Key Responsibilities: Build and execute AI-powered marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid ads, and SEO Create and manage automated funnels and workflows (lead generation, onboarding, retention) Use AI tools to generate high-performing ad creatives, copy, and content at scale Develop and test growth hacking experiments rapidly Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics (ROI, CAC, conversions) Build or use AI agents / automations for repetitive marketing tasks Continuously explore and implement new AI tools and growth strategies Requirements: 3+ years in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing Strong understanding of paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and funnels Experience with AI tools (Claude code, Midjourney, Runway, Jasper, etc.) Ability to build automations (Zapier, Make, or similar tools) Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills Ability to move fast, test quickly, and scale what works Good communication skills English proficiency (Turkish is a plus) Bonus (Big Plus): Experience building AI agents or advanced automations Background in influencer marketing or creator economy Experience with CRM tools and lifecycle marketing No-code / low-code tool experience Performance marketing case studies (real growth results) What We Offer: Fully remote and flexible work environment Opportunity to build cutting-edge AI marketing systems Work with global brands and campaigns Freedom to experiment, test, and innovate How to Apply: Send us: Your CV (PDF) Portfolio or case studies (campaigns, results, growth examples) (Optional but highly preferred) Examples of automations, funnels, or AI workflows you’ve built to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button. AI-First Designer / Creative AI Specialist

We simplify influencer marketing by creating a trusted space where creators earn fairly and brands collaborate efficiently. Now, we are looking for a next-generation Designer — someone who doesn’t just design, but builds, automates, and scales creativity using AI. Role Overview: This is not a traditional designer role. We are looking for someone who can: Work AI-first, not AI-assisted Build creative systems instead of one-off designs Use and create AI agents / workflows to produce content at scale Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality visuals, social media content, and ad creatives using AI tools Produce AI-generated videos, motion graphics, and creative assets Build and manage AI workflows for scalable content production Develop AI agents or automations to generate design variations and campaigns Continuously test new AI tools and optimize creative processes Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver high-performing creatives Requirements: Strong experience with AI creative tools (midjourney, dalle, nano banana etc.) Ability to build workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms Experience or strong interest in creating AI agents / prompt systems Understanding of design fundamentals (composition, typography, branding) Ability to produce content fast, iteratively, and at scale Strong creative thinking and problem-solving mindset Good communication skills English proficiency (Turkish is a plus) How to Apply: Send us: Your CV (PDF) Portfolio (AI-based work is a must) (Optional but highly preferred) Examples of AI workflows or automations you’ve built to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.
