Candidate Requirement:
Minimum 3 years work experience in Sea, Road and Air transportation (mainly Seafreight)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum upper intermediate level of English (Russian will be great advantage);
You must be result-oriented, able to take responsibility, attentive.
Job type and working hours:
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday 10:00 a.m to 13:00 a.m

Logistics Operations Manager responsibility:
Manage active shipments, prepare and send weekly status table to the clients
Negotiating contracts, transportation and handling costs, preparing quotations.
Opening of dispatch references of all shipment profiles and job files in system for all import/export shipments.
Ensuring that all appropriate documentation is kept on file and available for inspection at all
times.
Working as per logistics procedures in line with organizational requirements.
Controlling transportation and distribution costs, negotiate transportation rates and services with subcontractors.
Receiving and confirmation of pre-alert in accordance to types of transportations.
Control of shipment profiles closing.
Co-ordinate with Customs Brokers.
Preparation of supporting documents for local invoicing.
