Incoming Sales Manager
Destinations Azerbaijan MICE & Leisure
Proven experience in incoming sales (minimum 2–4 years)
Fluent English (Russian is an advantage)
Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM / booking systems
Highly organized, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
Strong understanding of products and sales processes
Experience working with international tour operators and travel partners
Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to prepare competitive offers and close deals effectively
Team player with a proactive and responsible approach
Strictly follow internal rules and regulations.
