Tour Guide Job Description
As a tour guide, you will work in different shifts (mainly during the day) to deliver tours for incoming tourists or expats. Most tours will be between 3 and 5 hours long. Although we focus mainly in Baku and surrounding areas, we also deliver guided tours across regions. Therefore, tour guides should also be available for the regional trips. You fill be fully supported with training and relevant resources during your on-boarding, so you have all resources to start working with us in a short time. We also expect the tour guides to share our values: Think Like a Founder, Embrace the Joy, Collaborate and Iterate.
Requirements
Fluent speaking skills in English and/or Russian (most tours will be in English)
Be passionate for new opportunities
Be fully available to work during the day or at night shift for the night or pub crawl tours
Show enthusiasm to tell stories about Baku and regions of Azerbaijan in an informative and engaging way
Be energetic, entertaining and confident
Mindfulness and professional attitude towards the guests
Be ready to start working as soon as possible
Should not have any other working obligations in another company or busy with studies
Dedicate fully to the company policy and guidelines and share the company values
