We are looking for a motivated Logistics Assistant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who wants to start a career in logistics and operations, even without previous industry experience.
Responsibilities
Support operational processes related to U.S. trucking companies
Work with driver logbooks and operational data
Communicate and coordinate B2B operations with partners such as Amazon, Schneider, USPS, and other U.S. trucking companies
Analyze operational information and help improve efficiency
Prepare reports and documentation in English
Communicate with drivers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
Excellent English (spoken and written) — mandatory
Russian is a strong advantage
Strong analytical and computer skills
Excellent communication skills
High level of responsibility and attention to detail
No previous logistics experience needed
