What We Expect:
Realization of production schedule in order to provide the finished products with needs of sales and distribution.
Ensuring production activities are carried out within the operation expenses.
Managing preventive and productive maintenance programs via SAP PM Module in order to remain above target line efficiency in the production line.
Monitoring, improving and reporting efficiency use of raw materials, packaging materials and auxiliary substances.
Monitoring all KPIs that designated as the operation target of the CCI system.
Implementing GMP culture and principles to ensure production activities are carried out in clean, tidy, hygienic environment, ensuring continuity of GMP application.
Reporting non-conformities, enabling all corrective and preventive actions are taken.
Managing and improving subordinated team that consists of engineer, foremen and operators.
To coach the team members for their career management
To make sure all production machinery and equipment, utilities are top notch maintained in line with SAP plant maintenance plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Minimum 4 years of experience in production
Proficiency in English
Strong technical skills
Excellent communication skills
Leadership and management skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Teamwork and collaboration skills
