Location: Baku (including field coordination) Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: Avando is looking for an Training Coordinator who will be responsible for the planning, execution, and coordination of various upskilling training programs with partners. Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate the day-to-day execution of bootcamps Manage communication with trainees, Vocational Education Schools, trainers, and employer partners Align training schedules, venues, and practical training sessions Coordinate on-the-job practical training conducted at employer sites Organize onboarding and orientation for trainees and trainers Prepare and adapt training materials (presentations, programs, etc.) Ensure training delivery aligns with the approved curriculum and agreed standards Track attendance, progress, and key operational indicators Provide operational support for assessments, exams, and certification processes Organize and follow up on working group meetings and partner meetings Collect feedback from trainees and employers Identify operational risks and propose improvement actions Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 2–3 years of experience in coordination, operations management, or project coordination Strong organizational and communication skills Fluent in Azerbaijani (English is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in  a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
